Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

We allow returns or exchanges up to 14 days after you receive your items. Returns will require a $8 restocking fee deducted from your refund amount. Once 14 days have passed, we can no longer offer refunds or exchanges.

*Beauty items & international sales are non-returnable*

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it along with a proof of purchase.

Returns & Refunds:

Once you have notified us to start the return process we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to ship your item(s) back. A flat rate of $8 will be deducted from your refund amount as a restocking fee.

*If you choose to purchase your own return label, the $8 restocking fee will NOT be deducted from your refund amount*

Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and you will be refunded in the form of your original payment, processing can take up to 2-3 business days. 

Exchanges:

We are happy to replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you wish to exchange for another color, size, or item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you would like to make an exchange, please send us an email at sublimeclothingboutique@gmail.com.
